How To View My Order History

Learn how to view your Geru order history, find your invoice, and change the payment method on an existing order from the Customer Center.

You can view your purchase history in the Customer Center. This article will go over:

View Order History

  1. Sign in using the magic link or use your email and password. The magic link will be sent to your email.

  2. Once you log in, click on the account settings button.

  3. Next, click on order history in the left-side menu.

  4. Click the page icon on the right side of your order to view the details.

Change Payment Method On Existing Order

  1. In the order history, click on the credit card icon to change your payment method.

  2. Select payment method.

However, if you are unable to log in, please contact our support team using the button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
