How To Calculate Conversion and Potential Customer Totals Of An Object

Modified on Wed, 1 Nov, 2023 at 12:59 PM

  1. Entry Point: Specify your traffic sources and the number of visitors you expect from each source.

  2. Conversion RateAfter you've set up your traffic entry points, the next step is to input your conversion rate into the object. This will calculate your conversion and potential customer total for that step. For example, if the number of visitors is 200 and your opt-in rate is 30%, then your opt-in conversion total is 60 (30% of 200), and the potential customer total for that step is 200.

Notes

Only objects that have the ability to collect data will have the option to add a conversion rate. The type of object will determine what the conversion rate is called for that object. For example, for the opt-in page, you will see an opt-in rate; for the application page, you will see a submission rate; and for the sales page, you will see a sales conversion rate.
