Cancellation Request

If you are not 100% thrilled with GERU, let us know. You can cancel your account at any time, and you will not be re-billed again. Just get in touch with our support team for assistance.

Refund Request

GERU is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund (within 30 days of your original purchase date), get in touch with our support team by clicking on your Profile logo (upper right corner). Next, click the "Help menu" shown below.

After that, click the "Ask" tab, and you can type in your contact details and cancellation request.

Note: To ensure faster service, please provide your full name and the email address you use to log in to GERU, the date of your last payment, and the last 4 of your CC.
