How To Access My Courses

If you have any courses available to you, please follow the instructions below to access them. 

1. Log into your Geru account with the email address you use to make your purchase. If this is your first time logging in, please reset your password. 
2. Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen. On the dropdown list, select manager account.

3. Log into your customer center using the magic link or your username and password.
   • If you request a magic link or reset your password, please check your email.
   • 
4. Once you log in, you will see the courses you have access to.

If there are courses you should have access to and you do not see it, please contact our support team by clicking the support button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
